15 STEPS TO A HEALTHY SELF IMAGE
Some wisdom I picked up along the way from a great motivational speaker

1 Take inventory of yourself.
No one can male you feel inferior without your permission

2 Make up - Dress up - Go up.
Your outward appearance affects your image and performance

3 Read the life stories of men and women who used what they had and got a great deal out of life by making contributions

4 Listen to the speakers, teachers and preachers who build mankind

5 Build a healthy self image step by step - exercise

6 Join the smile and compliment club

7 Do something for someone else

8 Be careful who you associate with

9 Get in your own corner. Be your biggest fan

10 Make a victory list, from childhood to present to remind yourself of the things that you've done right. This will help you see the big picture

11 Avoid whatever does not build up your imagination

12 Learn from the successful failures

13 Join an organization with worthwhile goals that requires you to participate by speaking

14 Look you - and them - in the eye

15 Alter your physical appearance when practical and desirable

And finally...

THE MAJOR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BIG SHOT AND THE LITTLE SHOT IS THAT THE BIG SHOT IS JUST A LITTLE SHOT WHO KEPT ON SHOOTING!
