Praise the LORD!

I love Rhubarb, Mom! And garlic. You're lucky. If you want anything else, I can go to the Farmer's Market?
Actually, all of us should go. I think S would like that.
What do you do with the rhubarb? I've heard of it but never had any!
I personally like to eat it straight, much like a piece of celery. But you can make jams, and other things with it. It's pretty tart, so mixing sugar and/or other fruit with it works really well to blanch the kick it has. I think it's like a crabapple bite in flavor!
