We had an abundance of tomatoes this year.
We had regular tomatoes and Roma's.
My husband made 11 quarts of salsa and I made 9 quarts of tomato sauce to freeze!
We also gave away a ton of tomatoes to family members this year.
We had BLT's a few times too.
There is nothing like a fresh homegrown tomato with dinner.
I can't wait to eat the tomato sauce this winter!!!

That's great! How many plants did you have? I remember my Mom always canning tomato juice and we'd take it to Peepaw.
