Baby bird rescue

Yesterday we were gone for a while.

Apparently a juvenile Robin got caught in our garage.

My husband tried several times to get it out of the garage. The bird kept flying up to the rafters.

He finally climbed a ladder and actually grab the bird and threw it out of the garage.

That's when we grabbed the camera and got some pictures and watched the bird for awhile.

The bird sat in the tree for quite some time. I could see it's beak open and it was panting. It periodically would fly up to a higher branch.

It finally flew away, cooled off I hope. It is hot in the garage!!

In the above picture you can see the bird in the middle of the picture. It's back is toward us.
