This summer my son also played t-ball since he loves baseball. He has two more years of T ball until he can play baseball.
Today was his last t ball game of this year.
I wasn't sure how well this would work out but it was so fun!!
We signed him up through YMCA and they have mostly volunteer coaches.
There is not a coach for every team either but there is someone from the Y staff at every field to help facilitate the games.
For his first game his coach couldn't make it so the YMCA coach was there and the other team didn't have a coach.
So a bunch of us parents hit the field and coached these little 4-5 year olds.
It was actually a lot of fun! I think next year I am going to be a real coach!
And it's been fun to see the improvement in how the team plays.
