23 Whoever guards his mouth and tongue
Keeps his soul from troubles.
WOW! I have lived this for sure. I have let my tongue get me into trouble many times.
It is so very hard to tame the tongue, since it is just so easy to say something.
It's a terrific verse to keep close in your heart!!
