I first blogged about wills here.
Since that time, my mom and I went to a lawyer and had her will drawn up as she wanted it. She is happy with her new will.
My husband and I have also completed this task recently as well.
Though it is not a pleasant task, it needed to be done, since we have the little guy. The daughter is of age so no provisions needed to be made for her care.
We are glad we got this done now.
